- Objective: To develop a new sponsorship strategy for the company, the global
leader in staffing services with annual turnover of 17 billion euro. The strategy had to be aligned with 1) the new
company vision propounded by the board 2) the brand values, positioning and attributes and 3) the new matrix structure
of the company.
- Results: Proteus developed a sponsorship strategy that helped define
properties right for involvement (America’s Cup, Davis Cup, FIBA) and which could be articulated to offices in 70
countries so that they could make their own decisions confident that they would fit with the global positioning of the
brand and the guiding vision of the company. Proteus actively managed the relationship between Adecco and the rights
holders of the products they sponsored.
